Welcome future renter! We love our space and we hope you’ll love it too. Our studio offers tasteful modern décor perfect for casting sessions, rehearsals, table reads, and acting classes.

Our amenities include:

• A bright and roomy studio space that seats up to 30 guests
• A video camera for casting or on-camera classes
• A 40” monitor for playback
• Two large tables that can be set up for meetings or table reads
• A large and inviting reception/waiting
• A kitchen, which is equipped with a sink, filtered water, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven
• Two free dedicated parking spots come with the rental, located directly in front of the building
• Two parking lots located across the street for guest parking. They are pay lots during the day but free at night and on weekends.
• Close proximity to dining and other amenities.
